Do you know? When your maid returns home to country of origin for a short vacation, she should apply for home leave clearance from respective Embassy before departure. This is compulsory as your worker is required to produce documentation proof at the exit point prior departing Singapore. Failing which she will be detained from departing. Therefore, you must ensure your foreign worker holds a valid exit permit from respective Embassy prior to her departure from Singapore.
